Yes...Excell Maintenance is insured and ready to handle even the largest jobs!!

What geographic areas is Excell willing to service???

The majority of our customers are based in the Tri-State area (PA, NJ, DE) but we are willing to travel to get larger jobs completed for our clients as well.

Do you do residential's???

Typically NO....but we have been known to take on a few large residential jobs in the past.

How long have you been in business??

Over 20 years....we are a well respected family owned business that has grown year in and year out.

Do you only service shopping centers???

No...in fact we service just about any commercial enterprise that needs us.  Some of our current customers that are not shopping center based are Philadelphia International Airport, UPS, ACME Markets and US Foods (just to name a few).

Is there a discount if we book multiple services through Excell (Ex.-Lawn Care and Sweeping)???

Typically YES...if a customer is willing to sign a contract for multiple services we usually offer a discount.

I need a job done right away...how long does it typically take for Excell to give an estimate and start the job???

Just let us know when you need it done by and we'll get on it right away.  We are large enough that we can usually send out one of our sales professionals to give you an honest price and starting date within a day or so.

Do you perform Ad-Hoc services (one time only jobs) for companies that are not currently customers???

Yes....we perform these types of 'One Off' jobs all the time.  Many of our current long term customers discovered us this way.
